Application to Submit a Membership
Please use this module request membership in the TeamSportsLinks Youth Sports Community. Information posted must be for youth sports and be submitted by "not-for-profit" entities. Submit an application for each sport you or your organization represents.

To be considered for approval, you must complete all questions on this form. If a question does not apply, enter NA. All applications are submitted in a "Pending" status and do not become visible to the public until they are reviewed for content and approved.

Note: Commercial businesses associated with youth sports are welcome to join the TeamSportsLinks Community for a nominal yearly fee to help us offset the costs of this Web site. Commercial rotating banners will appear in the upper logo portion of the main page of this Web site.
